This why the company's quality system - certified according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 standards - includes and organises every aspect: from the first meeting with the technician and the customer, indispensable for the reciprocal exchange of the initial information, to the measurements made directly on the building site, to the assembly and installation of the staircase. These are all delicate and truly important phases, followed step by step by experts who have undertaken specific training courses in the technical-sales, technical-production and assembly-installation fields. All the information related to the staircase is precisely transmitted and communicated at every phase, avoiding wastes of time and data.

The staircase components are rigorously tested and subjected to structural controls before being introduced into the production cycle; the painting processes are subjected to scratch-proof tests. The wood parts of the Rintal products are produced using only European hardwood from coppice forests subjected to forestation. The paints used for the polishing treatments are water based and therefore non-toxic.

Every single order is carefully followed up by those in charge of the various phases and prepared with care: the finished components are controlled and tested for conformity before being packed and prepared for delivery in the appropriate packaging. The Rintal components are interchangeable and always available through the years, even when it comes to out-of-production materials. Once the guarantee has expired the company will always carry out specific product controls, upon request at convenient prices.
